25th Street lot has 244 public parking spaces, and is open from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. daily. Rates are $1.00 up to 1 hour, $3.00 up to 2 hours, $5.00 up to 3 hours, $7.00 over 3 hours, after 5:00 p.m. a flat rate of $5.00 and $7.00 maximum all day. Drivers who present a valid drivers license with a Virginia Beach address can park free every Wednesday through September 30 and for $1.00 after 5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (In years when the Neptune Festival extends into October, all parking operations will extend through Neptune Festival weekend.) Parking for motorcycles is not available.
